Apostle Phyllis S. Glascoe
5701 Livingston Rd Oxon Hill, MD 20745
Apostle Phyllis S. Glascoe is a pastor, preacher, teacher, wife and mother who is "sold out to Jesus." God commissioned her and her husband, Bishop-Elect Cornell P. Glascoe, to establish Shachah World Ministries now located in Oxon Hill, Maryland. Shachah, which means to bow, to worship and to give, is a ministry ordained by God to seek the lost, rescue the perishing, heal the broken.
In turmoil, feeling helpless and unaware of her purpose Apostle Glascoe repented and surrendered to the teachings and doctrines of Jesus Christ that she learned as a child. Under the influence of the Holy Ghost she embraced her right and responsibility to live a victorious and fruitful life. The gifts and grace of God are evident in Apostle Glascoe as she pursues her mission to love them, lead them and labor with them.
One of Apostle's favorite passages of scripture is Psalm 40:1-3. God did hear her cry and bought her out of a horrible pit. God did set her feet upon a rock and He did establish her goings. God has put a new song in the mouth of Apostle Phyllis S. Glascoe wherein her desire now is to declare and decree the Word of God whenever and wherever God gives her an open door.

Her preaching and teaching are Bible-based, challenging, empowering and life-changing. She speaks candidly about her battles with financial and material losses, struggles and disappointments, but more importantly she speaks of the resurrecting power of God that revives and restores the human soul. Her passion is to arm and equip those who know that “for such a time as this” they are on a divine assignment to “prove what is that good, acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
Apostle Glascoe was licensed to preach the gospel on June 2, 1996 and was ordained on February 11, 2001. She received her Bachelor Degree in Ministry from Andersonville Baptist Seminary in Camilla, Georgia and her Masters as well as her Doctorate Degree in Divinity from North Carolina College of Theology.
On June 2, 2004, God led Apostle and Bishop-Elect Glascoe to establish a second Shachah World Ministries located in the Northern Neck in Lancaster County, Virginia. On July 16, 2004, she was consecrated a Bishop within The Lord’s Churches Fellowship and Ministries International Incorporated.
Apostle and Bishop-Elect Glascoe have dedicated their lives to kingdom expansion through guiding, growing, and grounding disciples, ambassadors, leaders, and Kingdom citizens to fulfill the Great Commission. To God be the Glory!
